Born in São Paulo in 1954. Graduated from University of São Paulo Law School (LL.B.) in 1976; New York University School of Law, International Legal Studies (LL.M.) in 1981; Instructor of Law, College of Notre Dame, São Paulo from 1977 through 1979.

Member:  Brazilian Bar Association; São Paulo Lawyers Association; International Bar Association; Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.; Brazilian-Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry; CESA - Center of Studies of the Law Firms.
