Born in Dois Córregos, State of São Paulo, in 1942.  Graduated from Instituição Toledo de Ensino - Bauru School of Law, State of São Paulo (LL.B.) in 1967; Economy, University of Ribeirão Preto, State of São Paulo, in 1973.

Member:  Brazilian Bar Association; São Paulo Lawyers Association.
