JORGE W. MOREIRA

Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1949 and resident of the U.S. since 1970.  Dual citizenship of U.S.A. and Uruguay.  Graduated as Doctor in Law and Social Sciences at the University of the Republic in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1979 and as Master in Laws at New York University in 1986.

Member:  Director of the Uruguayan Children’s Foundation, President of the Uruguayan American Chamber of Commerce; Editor of the monthly publication Banda Oriental Latinoamérica.
